Specials ...Shipping Costs (Postage and Packaging) & Delivery Times
Postage and packaging costs may be added to the value of your order, which you can view prior to purchasing based on the following criteria:
For customers residing in the UK or Republic of Ireland postage and packaging will be free of charge for orders over £30.00. Orders below £30.00 have a postage and packing fee of £1. All orders to the UK and Republic of Ireland will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class delivery service. Deliveries over £100 will be sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Delivery within the UK will generally be 1-3 working days from date of dispatch.
Delivery to Republic of Ireland will generally be 2-5 working days from date of dispatch.
For customers outside the UK or Republic of Ireland postage all packaging costs will be based on the weight of your order using the Royal Mail airmail service. All deliveries outside the UK are sent by first class Airmail or ParcelForce worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 working days.
Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge.
We reserve the right to change special offers on postage and packaging at any time.
Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you receive any product which is damaged or faulty we ask you to notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will subsequently advise of the method of returning the goods. We will pay for the return postage for faulty or damaged goods.
We will accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within 10 days from the day after you receive the goods.
We reserve the right to stop repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy.
You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation and return of the goods. The cost of postage & packaging for returning the goods will be charged to the customer.
The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
